Comments: A mysterious celestrial object appears in a high-speed earth orbit. It destroys any city it passes over. Naturally, the American military points the finger at the Soviets. This is quickly dispelled when a Soviet city disappears. Will the world survive?

Will the Western world survive should be the real question. There's no concern for the already destroyed "targets". I write "targets" because this film is an obvious product of the Cold War. Watch this film and prepare to duck and cover. This is a classic example of '50s American alarmism.
