Comments: A Wildlife Officer is called in to hunt down a lion that is suspected of killing a rancher's stock. It's late winter in rural Wyoming. The hunter is coping with the loss of his daughter, and subsequently, his marriage. That's when the worst thing happens: he finds a young woman, who's not unlike his daughter, dead on a lonely, snowy mountain. An unlikely FBI agent is sent in. Can they find the killer or killers?

First of all, the sound volume is all over the place. It's annoying. But, this film has a strong message about the individual versus the wild. It's beautifully filmed in wintry Utah. That's a state of which I am particularly fond. The female lead grows noticeably during this film. I also enjoyed how the male lead describes the difference between country and city living. He hits the nail on the head. This movie was inspired by true life. It also is a tribute to the young, Native American women who have been omited from government crime records. Recommended.
