Comments: Yuji is put into cryosleep when he contracts an incurable disease. He's abruptly woken more than 20 years later to find the earth overrun by hideous monsters called the Blue. He is rescued by a group of military resistance fighting the menace. They have an outpost on a space station.

This Japanese anime show is exciting. The characters develop with each episode. It's well dubbed into English and severely edited for the American market. I wondered why there were lots of dead time. It made up for the time used by the removed sex and violent scenes!
