I have never seen the '80s remake of this film, so this story was fairly unknown to me. I really enjoyed this film. It's tasteful, reasonable, and human, with that '50s science-fiction flair. I enjoyed how the audience is prepared for the horror, instead of it being thrown into our faces suddenly. Ms. Owens acting carries the film, too. Recommended. |
