Comments: An alien council encounters one of the Voyager probes in outer space. They decide to test humanity by giving a random man the power to wish anything into existence. Will he be able to save earth by doing the right thing?

This film started out pretty good, but went downhill. It is directed by Terry Jones of Monty Python fame. At least, it ended well. Unfortunately, there's nothing really new, except maybe Robin Williams voicing a dog.
