Comments: A grumpy old man lives alone in Brooklyn. After a night of heavy drinking, he knocks down his own fence while parking his car. The next morning a moving van brings a branch down on the car. This is how he meets his new neighbors, a single mother and a boy.

This movie starts out pretty depressingly. It gets better, but still is no comedy. Rather, maybe a comedic drama? Worth watching.
