Comments: The film opens with a Soviet satellite set to crash into Los Angeles, spreading radioactivity. A scientist, who works for Mega Corporation, saves the day. He's also developing a time machine while he is supposed to be designing a new weapon. The time machine works and he travels in time.

This TV movie is dated. It's nowhere near as good as the original film or the 2002 remake. Still, it's not bad for a low budget TV film. It was filmed in Utah.
