Comments: Frankenstein, the convicted-criminal, star driver, has won four races. His fifth win means that he wins his freedom. That's the main rule in Death Race: inmates can win their freedom after five victories in the race. The company running Death Race has been forceful taken over, so it's feared that Frankenstein will not win his freedom, even if he wins the race.

This is the unrated version. Maybe that's why the film seems even more demeaning towards women than the previous film? Other infractions add up, also. Another curse of the unrated version? The action is good, the acting isn't. The ending is somewhat clever, though this idea is becoming worn out!
