Comments: In the near future, it hasn't rained for ten years. The wells serving the few remaining survivors in the valley are running dry. Meanwhile, a greedy and ruthless man is pumping out all the groundwater. This movie follows two teenaged orphans as they search for a distributor cap. The cap will allow them to escape in a small airplane.

The scenery of this film is impressive. I like the small touches like boats and docks in the middle of a desert. The plot struggles a bit despite reasonable character development.
