Comments: All the boys and men in a small, Japanese community suddenly have blood in their ears and they start attacking women. They also start behaving strangely. The main character, a schoolgirl, witnesses her father trying to kill her mother and her killing him. She leaves to find a friend and then watches as she is killed by male family members. Will she survive?

The animated scenes, which are mixed in, give the film an unusual feel. It feels like it was based on a comic book. Worth watching for the oddness!
