Comments: The Duchy of Grand Fenwick has trouble again. This time their wine, their main export, is exploding. "It simply doesn't travel well." Their largest customers have stopped imports. The Duchy requests a loan from America to send a man to the moon. The Soviet won't be outdone so they send an entire rocket to the Duchy. Imagine what the Duchies use for fuel!

This is a witty, satirical film, which is based on a novel. This is also the sequel to The Mouse That Roared. It's fun seeing the Duchy again, too!
