Comments: In the future, emotion--mostly love--is viewed as a disease. Thus, society has become a robotic, antiseptic existence. But the main character notices a woman saddened by a suicide and this triggers his own emotions. What will happen?

This film plays like a slower, gentler version of Nineteen Eighty-Four. The concept is the same as George Orwell's famous novel except this film just plods along. It's so slow that it's tedious. In fact, the young talent is laid waste by the slow progression of the plot. Too bad!
