Comments: A small apartment complex in Manhattan is being sold to a developer. You know, "gentrification". The residents are not happy as they struggle to make ends meet. Maybe the rat race is going to end because the real rats are growing up?

This unusual "zombie" film features people turning into rats. It's a clever film set in the ideal location. Clearly an independent film, this movie may shine as a gem in the future. Until then, it's an enjoyable film that puts forth its best--err--paw.
