Comments: In the year 2080, a war has wiped out a lot of the cities. New cities have been built. Also, cyborgs are an integral--though temporary--part of life. This story follows a police officer who falls in love with a particular cyborg. Meanwhile, a rogue cyborg is attacking for some unknown reason.

This South Korean film is long and boring. It's difficult knowing what is happening and what the story really is about.
