Comments: The Imperial Japanese army is conquering the British outpost in Malaysia. This is surely bad news. A medium-ranking officer's family is struggling to escape. A decent typist gives them a hand, which results in her capture. When the men are taken away, she knows that it's not long until they, the women and children, are perceived as value-less. This belief is cemented as they are marched around the island.

Modern women want someone to copy, then they should see this film! Presented is a woman with a real fortitude.

What a cool film. It's interesting to see how the female captives dealt with life under the Imperial Japanese.
