Comments: A meteor crashes into Tokyo Bay. Not only does it send up a cloud of steam and causes flooding, which isolates the city, a compound in the celestial body reacts with nitrogen in the air. This turns residents into zombies. Martial law is imposed and a perimeter is established. But, it seems there are two leaders of the defense force. A mysterious girl enters the scene fighting her way to a safe house.

This Japanese action-horror film has lot going on for its length. The gadgets and costume are a bit dated. A majority of the cast are professional wrestlers. It's really an odd combination the produces a good film.
