Comments: Mysteriously, girls aged 15 to 17 years experience extraordinary happiness before dying ("Near Death Happiness") and coming back as zombies. Since this is happening all around the world, groups are assembled to take care of these undead girls ("repeat kill"). An undead girl is referred to as a Stacy.

This unusual, surreal film follows a lonely puppeteer who finds love in a soon-to-be "Stacy". Also, for contrast, the movie follows a young man who realizes, too late, that he has feelings for a casual penfriend, as he trains in an all-girl-school-turned-vigilante-headquarters. The comedy takes an artistic view of this particular apocalypse without being too serious, and instead focuses on love. It's based on a novel.
