Comments: A recently-hired DJ sees a woman inexplicably standing in the snow early one winter's morning. Then, she disappears. Once in the studio, he, the producer, and the sound girl, start to receive reports of people behaving oddly in the sleepy, small Ontario town. The townsfolk are chanting words, attacking, and eating people. What's going on?

This film is based on a novel, and it's a new and clever idea. The film is simple, largely taking place in the AM radio studio. It presents a complicated reason for the mass infection.

As much as I enjoyed this film, I was shocked when it was learned, over the police scanner, that a hostage situation was taking place at the corner of such-and-such a street and Sandy Hook. Four years later a similar situation occurred at a Connecticut school. Coincidence or conspiracy theory? Either way, it's creepy. The scene after the credits does little to reduce the Outer-Limits style oddity of this film.
