Comments: Shakespeare's tragedy is brought to life in this live-action film.

There are many changes. The witches should be old and ugly. This film adds a child to their number. Macbeth has no castle only tents. Hence, there's no gatekeeper for some comedic relief. Instead there's a juvenile use of sex, violence, and aggression. Honestly, Shakespeare probably would have approved because this film appeals to the modern person. I did like that they added the death of Macbeth's son at the beginning.
