Comments: I avoided this film adaptation of the preposterous '70s TV program for a long time. You see, I grew up watching the original program, "and, you know, I didn't want no change".

There are so many problems in this film that I cannot thoroughly list them. Here are few examples: Boss Hogg should be fat and jovial, and not Burt Reynolds (come on!); when did the boys go to the city?; Daisy Duke is a brunette; and finally, most importantly, why is this film set in today's world?

At least, Jessica Simpson looks great.
