Comments: After a dramatic blow-up, published on social media, a recognized and capable French cuisine chef heads "back east" to return to his roots. His eager son and an affectionate colleague follow him. In the Miami area, he re-builds (cleans up) a food truck to its, and his, former glory. He then sets "out west", back home.

This film started out very slowly. The dysfunction and drama almost made me turn it off. Fortunately, it turned around and became a pretty decent feel-good film about rediscovering oneself.
