Comments: The film opens with an effeminate man telling the bartender in a seedy bar his life story. It is a good story, and the bartender seems impressed by it. A parallel story is developed of a time cop righting wrongs throughout history. Is there a connection?

This is a decent time-travel film. It's based on a Robert Heinlein short story. Recommended.
