Comments: This movie continues the story of the super-intelligent chimp Caesar, as seen in Rise of the Planet of the Apes. Now, Caesar is grown up and leading a thriving colony of intelligent apes in the new forests just north of San Francisco (really British Columbia). When a small group of humans discover the colony, the two species seem perched for war.

Like the film before it, this is an excellent movie. The effects are amazing. The story is pretty typical, but acceptable. Recommended.
