Comments: A simpleton man, employed by an old-money gentleman in New York City, is suddenly out on the street. His aged employer has died, and this gardener is forced out of his residence by lawyers, who are unable to comprehend his position. Fortunately, he is backed into by the limo of the wife of a well-to-do businessman. This man takes a shine to the idiot and sets him on the course to influence others in Washington D.C.

Great film. There's plenty of satire, as you would expect in a Sellers film. It really says a lot, even to this day. This is Peter Sellers' final film. Recommended.
