Comments: A boy and a girl are individually singled-out, stripped of clothing and then abandoned on a nearby island. The leader of the summer camp says this is a normal procedure to toughen up weak children, and it's in good fun. But the boy decides to run away and the girl, at first, grudgingly accompanies him. Along the way, they learn about themselves and do become more self reliant. Quite an adventure is had.

This is a good wholesome film about two shunned young teenagers. This drama is enjoyable, well acted, and beautifully filmed during an East Coast autumn. Recommended.
