Comments: In the not too far future, the West has resumed a cold war with the East. This time, the main belligerents seem to be communist China and Great Britain. As expected, the MoD (ministry of defence) has a long-term project to build the next best weapon. In this case, it is a humanoid machine powered by the most advanced artificial intelligence (AI). The lead engineer hires a brilliant young American programmer. Only her "program" has hinted at AI, by nearly passing the Turing test.

This film could become a cult classic. Take Blade Runner and modernize it. The story and characters are pretty deep, but the style is what gives it away. I really enjoyed this film. Recommended.
