Comments: A barrister, who just survived a heart attack, is consulted on a murder case. Despite being warned by doctors against the stress of undertaking a murder case, he accepts the case. He's convinced that the accused is not guilty. The wife of the accused man clouds the matter, especially when she's called by the prosecution.

This Agatha Christie short story was made into a play, and then a movie. The banter between the barrister and his nurse is hilarious. The story plays in typical Agatha Christie fashion. Highly recommended.
