Comments: A woman, who's seeking revenge on a drunk driver who disfigured her in a car crash, blackmails a neighbor into killing the man. (She recorded her neighbor killing a man in his apartment.) However he's not just a hired killer, which is something she learns as the movie progresses.

This isn't a bad revenge/action film. The one truck chase through the city is a bit odd. There are many good action scenes.
