Comments: Near the conclusion of her European good-will tour, a princess escapes her protectors to experience common life in Rome. She's picked up by a well-meaning reporter when he finds her sleeping on a public road. The next morning he learns who she is and decides he can sell a story of her out on the town to his employer.

This film is really cute. It harkens back to an age of innocence in Hollywood, and America for that matter. It's a great film.
