Comments: I think Lazenby did a good job. He reminded me of the Bond I imagined when I read the novel. It's too bad that this film doesn't get more recognition.

Of course, there are a number of changes. The sequence of the scenes is different. Some are added and others are removed. A big difference between the novel and film is that SPECTRE wasn't destroyed before the plot begins. Minor differences are Tracy's hair color and the number and nationality of the girls. Finally, the first scene is very different and makes less sense, but works better theatrically.
