Comments: A programmer develops a computer that searches for terrorists plotting in New York City. A biproduct is that the computer can also find people who are a part of serious crimes. The machine makes two lists: one for suspected terrorists and a second for persons of interest with regard to crime. The government ignores the crime list, so the programmer takes it on himself to try to stop the crimes. He recruits a tired spy.

This TV program is pretty good. It does a good job showcasing some of the trivial instruments used to monitor people.
