Comments: An ambitious young detective-inspector is transfered to Whitechapel (part of London's East End) to lead the homicide group. They find that someone is mimicking the Jack the Ripper murders with methodical detail. He must learn the real ways of policing and solve the murders. Not a bad short TV program.
