Comments: In the near future money has been replaced with time as a currency. Yes, to "buy" goods or services one must surrender part of your life span. Like any economy, one may also exchange one's talent and labor for time. The trouble is that most people are rushing around trying to stay alive that they don't realize that their lives are being controlled.

What a powerful movie! It reveals the truth of the modern financial system. I didn't find it political or preachy. There's still plenty of car chases where the cops drive American muscle cars and the hero drives an Eagle Jag E-Type speedster. The movie kept me interested the entire time despite my fatigue. Highly recommended.
