Comments: A girl mistakenly kills her sister and is sent to a mental hospital--incidently in 1950s Brattleboro, Vermont. She's almost immediately scheduled for a lobotomy. A shared illusion of five girls is furthered when Baby Doll, the central character, discovers a way out, using yet another set of delusions.

This film isn't as complicated as it sounds. It looks to be based on a "graphic novel" and is a pretty decent girl action flick.
