Comments: In Parkes, Australia there's a radio telescope. NASA has contracted it to serve as a primary radio and TV communication port in the southern hemisphere for the Apollo 11 moon landing. Just as they're needed, the dish has problems.

This is a wonderful movie that combines music from the '60s with quirky Australians and images from 1969 to help one re-live the excitement surrounding the moon landing. The characters are memorable and hilarious. I highly recommend this film.
