Comments: A dubbed French action movie by the same guy who did The Transporter, The Professional, The Fifth Element, and Wasabi. This movie isn't as good but still worth watching.

Paris has been divided with barriers to keep the baddies away from the "good guys." In all actuality the bad sections look like some of the bad parts of present-day LA, except with more white guys. Good fight scenes and plenty of Matrix-style movement but not good for anything else than action.
