Picard and his crew are sent, since they are closest to the Neutral Zone. Picard learns that the new Romulan leader is a clone of himself. Is peace possible?

Good effects and lots of action but kind of lacking in the plot/character department. The off-road desert scenes are trying to be like its contemporary Firefly.
